15mm thick high-chromium cast iron (Cr20Mo2Cu, HRC60) + polyurethane sealing strip (temperature resistant to 150ºC). Structural reinforcement:
internal reinforcement rib grid design, 50% resistance to axial deformation.

End face seal reinforcement
nested structure of composite guard plate and polyurethane sealing strip, dust leakage <0.5g/m³, better than industry standards.
Anti-deformation frame
