Thus, we've developed our cap nut using a specialized, high-strength, abrasion-resistant material.

Material & Hardness

Our cap nuts are made from a robust cast alloy comprised of iron, chromium (Cr), and nickel (Ni). After undergoing heat treatment, these nuts achieve a hardness level of approximately 63 HRC, providing exceptional resistance to abrasion and wear.

Available Sizes

The DX Wear-Resistant Cap Nut is available in the following sizes:

• M8, M10, M12: Features a 35 mm hexagonal head.
• M14, M16: Features a 37 mm hexagonal head.
• Custom Sizes: Additional sizes can be manufactured upon request.

Additionally, the cap nut can transform into a male nut by screwing on a hanger bolt of the required size.
